you misrepresented what you put up for auction or you sent her something else -- please explain to me how this could be her fault. She knew exactly what she was doing -- bidding on an error chip or one that was represented as an error chip. Okay...still trying to figure out how this is Ms. Meister's fault?? As far as waiting to the last few seconds to bid & winning the bid by $2 -- so what??? It happens all of the time (have you ever heard of "snipe" bids??) and if she bid a million dollars over the second highest bidder, it would only increase the winning bid by the increment specified per
. And I pay for most of my
items immediately without waiting for an invoice...the GOOD
sellers like that.
I'll tell you what...I'm gonna put an auction on for a 2008 Ferrari with a "Buy-It-Now" price of $50,000...a real steal, don't you think?? You go ahead & buy it, and when that 1983 Buick Skylark shows up in your driveway....well, I mean, you knew what you were doing, right?? Oh, and I'll include in my auction "SELLER ACCEPTS NO RETURN ON THIS ITEM" 'cuz that really makes it okay then.
Oh -- and that Silver Slipper chip is not a Las Vegas chip...but you already knew that.
