Thank you again! The chip rack is round with 16 slots with room for 25 chips (seems pretty standard). It is not ornate at all with no design as I saw on some of the pictures on the link you sent me. It is a very dark wood (maybe maple) with a metal handle in the middle and the logo on the bottom says 'Western Tray & Case Company - Cincinatti Ohio" with the logo WESTRAY in the middle (established 1894. I seached the internet for that comapny in Ohio but could not find any information
I do not have any yellow chips only the blue, white, and red.
