My son Andrew wrestled for one year (freshman) in high school mostly against opponents who had been doing it since they were "knee high to a bunny rabbit!" It was pretty ugly with him winning only two matches all season long but the he sure did get in excellent shape and it did absolute wonders for his self-esteem!
