$199 is a very good price being that unlocked versions are selling on Ebay for as much as $1000
I have Verizon, My contract was up and by renewing it, it only cost me $99.00 They also threw in case, auto charger and FM receiver for hands free at a huge discount. Unfortunately the first day of release they were sold out in an hour so I have to wait to get mine mailed to me within the next 10 days.

Haven't read to many reviews yet but it has to be a lot better than my Palm Treo which crashes more times than the cars at a demolition derby.
