Weis needs to replace the whole offensive staff...the defense was not that bad, with alot of improvement over last year, not bad for having SMALL lineman & not any who stood out. The back 7 were fantastic...

The 3 running backs, have just not figured out how to find & hit the hole. All 3 of them should be put on special teams & play the 2 incoming freshman next year.

If they replace Weis now, they will lose half of the recruting class for next year and they just can't afford this. The 17 they have so far, are rated pretty darn good.

I would give Weis 2009, IF he replaces his offensive coaches....
