Having kept in contact with the original owner of these chips and with HIS full support to stand by the deal we made, I'm re-listing the offer for the ERV chips I posted yesterday. It seems someone was rather disturbed by the fact that the seller ended his ebay auction early and accepted my offer for the chips. The offer was made after the auction had run for three days with NO BIDS.
I would NOT have made an offer unless a few days had passed and, of course, there were NO BIDS. This individual obviously wanted to make a last minute bid or they would not have been so disturbed. There has been a lot of chatter on the BB about "bottom-feeders", contacting ebay seller AND bidders with offers and in order to avoid being labeled as such, I figured I'd pull the plug on the buy, return the chips and move on. Remember, it wasn't the seller who was disturbed but one of our fine, upstanding members who will remain nameless. In fact, the seller was emailed and told to send me back my money order!!!! How's that for minding someone else's business!!!! Anyway, as long as the original seller and I are satisfied and out agreement stands, I can now offer the chips again.
