Hello Buzz, yes he has done a calendar. he has not done one for a while though. As for the rights he usually will have an agreement with the individual or company to be able to use the image for that reason. Not unless the company or individual buys exclusive rights, then he can not use the image. Hope that helps. I have access to prints of almost anything he has done if you or anyone else is interested.
