Rog, I think the only chip you mentioned that could be from that box is the plain tan chip. I have also seen the Play-Em-Well chips in racks with the logo on paper sealing each stack. Dale Seymour's latest book shows a lot of box ends and two are Play-Em-Well. The company was out of Cleveland, Ohio. I collect all types of chip styles and if I see a chip I don't have and the box is dirt cheap, I buy the whole box.
