and the chip that showed up was in much worse than the chip in the scan and the inserts of course were not in the same positions relative to the inlays. The chip I got had a noticeabe set of three scratches on one inlay, a bunch of wear and a lot of dirt. The chip in the scan was pristine. They admitted that they used their own scans of their own chips, but claimed not to be able to find the pristine chip in the scan. They refunded my money, but I had to pay for the return postage. I believe they didn't want to send the right chip because of the low purchase price. It's the first negative feedback I have had to leave.
