() Compare the populations of Alaska and Maryland. The VP-elect has no executive experience. One of his more important accomplishments has been (read that to be experience) has been to be a Senator that steered legislation to be approved by himself, Obama and the rest of the Congressional Democrats that lined the pockets of his lobbyist son and the companies he was representing. Of course, most folks who voted for Obama/Biden didn't know that Biden's son was a lobbyist. There was a reason for that.

The Obama campaign put a muzzle on Biden after he made some typically stupid statements, statements that were quashed by the liberal left mainstream media. The "moderate middle of our country" was purposely deceived by the media providing cover for Biden while at the same time attacking and ridiculing Palin every chance they got. Even though the McCain/Palin ticket lost, the media is still on the attack on her.
"All things are as they should be."
Only if you believe we shouldn't know the truth about those who are elected to serve us. What we will be facing come the end of January is a combination of the third term of the Clinton administration (see how many of their people hold high-level positions, Hillary included), a world-wide perception of us once again becoming a weak country (see al-Qaeda's reaction to Obama's election), and the destruction of American capitalism. The stock market has dropped by historic numbers since the election. The bailouts were necessitated due to Democratic-based financial policies forced on this nation's financial institutions. Everyone who voted for The Messiah will be disappointed, at all of our expense.
