The Owl Club was in Calumet City, IL.
It was a huge illegal. I have over 20 different chips in several different molds, that was delivered to J. Barnett, Jerome Hotel, Hammond, IN - for use at the Owl Club. There are some made by Mason on the hub mold, delivered to Taylor Co, then sent to Barnett.
