Probably because I'm not to sure what would be defined as a "promo" chip and for the fact that until they expire (the ones I've shown) they are perfectly valid (live action) gaming chips. I'd lean more toward "obsolete" than anything else. But that is just my opinion.

And BTW... Sure wish I had one of those, even at 500!
