I know you work at night, but the VooDoo lounge at the Rio has free admission Sun-Thur 7 to 8 pm. Ride to the top, walk outside and your new camera will be in heaven.
For a quick no-hassle shoot, I am very fond of the top floor of the Palm's parking garage...nice, quiet and great views of the strip.
