EBay will pull a listing if contacted by the copyright or trademark owner. They won't take the word of a competing seller, interested buyer, or even an organization or club.

If you know someone from WSOP or Binions*, they would have a better chance of getting the listing pulled. There are established channels at eBay for lawyers, law enforcement, and other authorities to report such listings.

*(misspelling a word does not insulate the manufacturer or seller from liability if the name tends to cause confusion - good example: Coor's brewery in the 1970s got Korr's brewery to cease and desist)
