making over 60k/yr, only to be told we were closing, and they didn't even have enough to cover the final paychecks(it took almost a month to get mine). I walked out making ZERO, with NO severance, and because they had been paying me as an independent, NO unemployment. I have sent out over 100 resumes since, and only gotten 2 calls. I am still unemployed, have used all my savings, and have sold almost everything I have just to pay my rent this month. Hell if I know what I'm going to do in three weeks when next moth is due.
