I have a few $1 and $5 chips from Sturgeons in Lovelock Nevada. These are pretty tough to get. Not because its out in the middle of nowhere, but because the tables are only open when they feel like opening them. The $1 chips from Sturgeons are $4 and the $5 chips are $9 plus shipping.
