The Chicagoland Chippers have created a new charity chip celebrating Halloween and the election. It was done before the election., and takes no sides, but does make light of the Chicago history regarding voting. It is a great chip for halloween fans, folks who like humorous chips, fans of Debbie Meister, and especially folks who want to help support Children's Charities in Chicago.
