but I seem to remember that senior citizens around Miami were constantly being robbed until Florida passed a law that allowed them to carry firearms. Once Florida citizens were allowed to carry weapons crime against seniors went down and the criminals switched to robbing tourists instead. Just a coincidence I guess.
