Katie,
We have heard a lot of good things about the 'regular' Rio Buffet. It is on our list this July. The story on the Rio on the Discovery Channel (?) had some mind-boggling figures on the volume of food that goes through that place!
I don't understand why they are so cheap on the 'crab leg crackers'. Seems to me that the fewer crab legs that folks left on their plate (because they couldn't get them open) the higher their profit margin would be. I paid about $5 for this pair of 'crackers' at Williams-Sonoma in our Mall (see scan below) and without them, I'd be wasting more than $5 in crab meat on a visit to the Rio. Even if some of their 'crackers' "walked" it seems like they would be money ahead.
