Tech jumps to #2 in the polls while Penn State is idle and has a relatively easy schedule the rest of the season. Seems the Big 12 teams are getting a lot of attention for putting up 40 or more points every week and giving up just as many points in the same game. Great games to watch, but great teams are supposed to have a defense as well.
