I have talked to him on the phone. He freely admist to carving them. He has worded his auction to cover himself. The ivory is old. The carving is not. So it is ols and a poker chips --- an old poker chip. Note he puts it that it is an EXAMPLE. Then he defines example, which also leaves open that they are not antique poker chips.
