Show me some REAL proof instead of allegations. I think if he actually had ties with the FBI, he wouldnt have been put in the book. They would keep him in the casinos where he could actually get the info he is being accused of giving.
Its very easy to talk smack about Rosenthal after he's dead, but you all know that if the author had wrote that story 15-20 years ago without hard facts to back it up and a VERY good hiding place, I'd bet they would know exactly how they get rid of discontinued chips in concrete.
I wont say that Frank was good or bad, but his death, and stories like this, definetly serve notice that nobody really wants the "Good Old Days" of Las Vegas to fade into forgotten history.
Somewhere, whether high or low, Frank is tipping one back with Ben Siegel, Gus Greenbaum and Tony Cornero.
