I think the seminars are a great asset of the convention and club. I attended two last year.
It is a shame that we need to promote it to give away such value for free.

Maybe members would appreciate it more if they paid for it?
Maybe we are offering subjects that the majority are not interested in.

Let's find out what they want, Let them register in advance and cut off seating at a certain number. Charge a $5 fee and offer a seminar chip upon exiting at the end of the seminar. I feel if you put a value on the seminar, it would not be taken for granted..
