The hold may be released earlier if either of the following occurs:

* Buyer leaves positive Feedback.

* 3 days after PayPal confirms item delivery.

Can anyone explain this to me? It only says "may be released", not will be released, to me, that makes quite a difference. A friend our mine talked to paypal, they verified exactly what they stated to be the case, regardless of the item sold.
