Sooooo, you're asking Americans to not treat Obama (if he wins) like many here have treated Bush?

I think you underestimate the reputation this country still has worldwide. Sure, there are vocal leftists all over the planet who joined the "hate Bush" chorus of the left here in America, but worldwide (and here), the extreme left does not represent everyone.
