When the club starts paying people to do certain jobs ... like a paid "Executive Director" ... is when this organization will cease to exist in my opinion. I've seen it happen in other volunteer organizations. When you pay one person, somebody else wants to get paid. When that person gets paid, another former volunteer wants to get paid.

Besides; CC & GTCC already has an Executive Director ... his title is "President".
