You say "the 2000." What you say would be exactly true if this was one chip. Instead it has a bizarre twist. The scan below is of TWO DIFFERENT CHIPS! One chip has both sides the same as the common side of the '99 chips. The other chip has both sides same as dated side of white bullrider. No new artwork, just a strange new concept <g>.
