I reckon it was 2 years ago when I first sent the proposal in, and then a reminder in January this year.
Sorry to be cynical, but, for example, the website re-design was first agreed about 18 months ago, and I've been promised the 'ideas' that were discussed back in February, but still havn't heard nuttin.

Problem is with the questions you are now asking - we are getting some very sensible suggestions, but no way would we ever have the resources to implement them.

Suggested future question for you to ask - "What might persuade YOU to volunteer for the club?"
I believe volunteers are still a scarcer resource than ideas
