This is a "flipper" token. A novelty token made for guys to carry around as a good luck piece. In their time these were considered risque. Probably won at a Carnival, or possibly through a "claw machine" at an arcade. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but these things are COMMON! What else did you buy this weekend?
