I assume since I started the thread, you consider me one of those guys.

I, along with the other BOD have spent countless hours trying to come up with ways to better our club as well as our hobby. To suggest that the thought to do anything otherise is pure nonsense.

I have heard you say several times that people believe that your ashtray site is garbage. Who are those people? I have yet to speak to one person that put down your site or for that matter anyone elses site. I have even highlighted all the sites you mentioned in my "Tips of the day" posts.

What we are trying to do here in this series of posts is gather some ideas from the membership on making membership more valuable to people and thereby promoting membership in our club.

If you feel that this is the wrong way to go, then you are definately entitled to your opinion.

I must ask however, what are some of your ideas on increasing the membership? I am very interested in knowing as the entire BOD is tryiong their best to make our club and hobby better.
