Barry, "Generic" roulettes without the name of the casino on them are real hard to ID. I have a number of roulettes that I picked up through the years & I know where I got them but it's hard to convince other traders where they are from. It may very well be from the Cleveland area & I guess it depends on the veracity of the chipper you got it from.
