As for putting them in an airtite to "prevent bleeding", I don't think it works that way. What is really needed is for the ink to have a chnace to dry and being in an airtite may be counter to that. Another problem with bleeding Chipcos is that if the bleeding has no where to go but back onto the chip, it tends to mottle or sofly blur the image.
So, while an airtite will safeguard other chips from being stained by a bleeding Chipco, unless the ink is fully dry, then putting it in an airtite will run the risk of self-staining.
