I agree with you, it is both the BOD and the Members. You need both. The club needs to grow with it's members recruiting friends, family co-workers, Poker players, who ever... Members should (walk the walk), if they are barking about something that they feel could be done better.
The point that I was trying to make is that the "hobby" of collecting Casino Memorabilia could be promoted more through (both) the BOD & Members.
