... collecting for many years and never heard of our club, one can not begin to wonder how much our club is doing (...or not doing) to promote our existence.

Now, I know those who are involved in telling the world we are here are doing their best, but we do need to be a bit more active on several local levels at related-hobby events... especially coin shows, coin-op shows and antiques fairs by membership pitching in a little.

We are hardly seen in such fields by passers-by.

Yes, there is the age-old question of "Who's gonna do it" and I have no answer (...and I've been there).
