a friend of mine here in Germany (he is the new member R-7941 !!) is interesting in a copy of the 10th edition of the TCR.
Does anyone have one for sale? Of course my friend will pay for the shipping fees to Germany.
I told him that probably there will be a new edition of the TCR next year, but he will not wait. He is new to the hobby and really needs the book.
He would like to pay through Paypal.
