As Todd explained in an earlier post, the Horseshoe in Tunica was doing some housecleaning and getting rid of chips they did not use. They were destroying all of these $300 NCV Buy In chips. He managed to talk them into letting him have 20 of them. I bought them from Todd, and have 19 more to sell.
