It actually goes beyond the points you are trying to make about it's my right to smoke and enuff already with more laws.

It is a proven fact that second hand smoke can cause cancer.
What about the employees on the casino floor that have no choice but to be exposed to the smoke for 40 hours a week?
Don't they have a right like most other americans that work in smoke free buildings?
