Hello everyone, I have been toying with picking up a townhouse condo in the development located at 4200 S Valley View Bl. It is on the south side of Flamingo, across the street from the Rio.

Does anyone know this area? Any thoughts? I don’t need something that is fortified, but I would also like to buy in an area that is reasonably safe. I would really appreciate the thoughts of anyone that knows the area.

As I hope to make it to at least another 40+ conventions, getting a place in LV is starting to seem like a good idea.
