I was just thinking when our convention rolls around what will the US status be? A new Pres. A economy how bad? Unemp. how bad or good? Prices of Gas, food, cars, chips? Housing market how bad ? My retirement income how badly effected? What about my kids, and grandkids (12-21 yrs.)Jobs, income, education, and housing? How MANY MEMBERS AT CONVENTION + OR - %? I love to travel, will I be restricted? Health and Health ins. costs and quality of care? I really never worried about any of these matters before. But, we are all headed for a rough road ahead. There will be life changing programs, service cut backs. Our cities, and counties, and states facing BK. Thus raising taxes (do they ever go down). Aid to other countries has to be reduced,spending, spending programs have to be reduced. Very serious, no easy answers. Plenty of blame to go around. Just hope by convention time it's not too bad. We'll see, wish I had a crystal ball. Are others concerned?
