All you say is true. You get no argument, it was a business decision. The key word here is BUSINESS.

During my childhood days players for most part were faithful to their teams and their fans. We hung out outside the stadium waiting for the players and they would sign autographs for you and not charge you $25. There were no real primadonnas for most part like we have now demanding salaries that exceed many town budgets.

There was a time you could pack up the kids take them to a game enjoy an afternoon rooting for your team. You could have a beer or two, buy the kids a couple of hot dogs and not have to mortgage your house to do it.

I've always been a National League guy so when the Dodgers left, I lost my team and for most part I lost my interest in baseball.
I never really could warm up to the Mets and heaven forbid, not the Yankees LOL.
You have a team in L.A. I congratulate them on their win and hopefully they will go on to win the series.
They might be called the Dodgers but...........
