... chip message ... am I going crazy or what?

I remember someone posting a message about a chip to be released sometime soon which will have a Year of the Dragon (and maybe millennium, too) theme. Didn't print it at the time (should have) and now can't find it.

Was there such a message? Or was I just dreaming?
