Seems like the perfect place to turn into a "Hard Rock Casino".
While I was never fond of the Trop's LE chip release policy (as the Trop Security damn near through me out of the casino one time), I think the Quarter would be a perfect start to a Hard Rock theme! They have a lot going with nice restaurants, night clubs and trendy shops.
