To the "La Cage" nay-sayers I ask "would you not then go see Danny Gans who sings and sounds so much like Judy Garland and Liza Minelli and Sarah Vaughn and countless other female singers too???" (YEA! YEA!, I know, he doesn't dress up like a woman.) I read that he has been the entertainer of the year in Las Vegas for several years. If the show is not entertaining then that's a different story. If it's entertaining I'll go--hopefully on a comp ticket (there is no depth into which I won't descend for free entertainment) <vbg>. P.S. I would pay whatever the price to see Danny Gans again, I consider him the consummate entertainer. My emphasis is on "entertainment".
