I was one of 10 unsucessful bidders for a particular Landmark chip offered by Bill Judge. I have bought chips from Bill in the past. Please tell me at what point in time that the 10 of us, in good conscience, will be allowed to entertain offers to buy this chip from anyone else (aka the scum sucking bottom feeders).

Are the 10 of us permanently locked in to accept offers only from Bill for this particular chip?
