The price of oil, and gas, has NOTHING to do with the what you suggest!
You need to read up on the subject if you truly want to understand it, regardless of what you're trying to imply.
The higher prices have more to do with the devalued dollar, along with the speculators on Wall Street who have artifically inflated the prices.
And has little if anything to do with the Dems controll of Congress over the past year and a half.
