besides just the Bills submitted by Congress, but that might be a concept you may have a problem understanding from what you just posted.
The whole tone of Washington politics was what I was referring to.
And, just to put things more into focus, the Dems have only held the Majority in Congress for less than two years, following the Republican controll for over a decade, along with their hero, George W, the REPUBLICAN president for almost the last EIGHT years!!!!
