Since when does anyone expect the court to condone one taking the law into their own hands and attempt to recover stolen property w/o involving law enforcement (calling the cops), instead of storming into a hotel room with guns on person...?

I understand the court process, but it's just too bad this is going to turn out to be just another circus...
