Only about 3% of eBay auctions were being settled outside PayPal. That's one of the reasons they made the change to require PayPal and are not particularly concerned about losing 3% of their sellers as long as the professional sellers can be kept happy. My guess is that the 3% of we amateur sellers were also causing 25% of the problems that require eBay personnel attention. In this case the squeaky wheel gets replaced! [g]
