specific? There are too many variables in your question. eBay is filled with sales of casino and non-casino issued chips in new and uncirculated condition. Non-casino issued chips are available from manufacturers and casino issued chips are available from casinos, but unless you are there on the initial days of release, they will not be new and uncirculated. You may also have problems getting them in bulk, depending on how many "bulk" means.
