I know its a long way off but I just called South Point about booking a room and they told me that all reservations for the convention June 24-27, 2009 must be made through the Convention Chairman, including payment, and HE will make the reservations. If this is correct what procedure should we follow to book a room or should I just wait for something to be posted? Thanks.
